Acupuncture

Acupuncture

A powerful tool for preventing and treating illness. Sterile needles are placed for maximum therapeutic effect. Activation of the acupuncture points can treat both local and systemic issues. It can influence physical well being as well as mental health.

Treatments are tailored to the individual and can be used to address multiple concerns simultaneously.

Massage Therapy

Tui Na Massage

The historical basis for almost all body work practiced today.      Tui Na massage uses classical techniques to create change on the tissue level. The treatment intensity won't leave you in pain. However, you will be able to feel a tangible difference in your body.

Cupping

Cupping is an applied technique that uses glass or plastic cups as suction devices. Suction is created using a small flame or vacuum pump. Cups are placed on the ski to disperse and break up stagnation and congestion. Used for thousands of years cupping has gained modern popularity for its use by elite atheletes.
